I was born on April 3rd, 1973, in Bridgewater, N.S. and was taken from my biological family's home at the age of three for neglect and Malnutrietion ( which was apparently according to my foster mom whom I love is when I actually started singing) and put into a foster family home where I was raised in various parts of Canada. I started performing in the Seventh Day Adventist Church and in the Kingsway College High School Choir at the age of sixteen, and at the age of 20 is when I finally got out to get away from the abuse from my foster father.
That is where the inspiration for the Song the Power Deep Inside came from.
I moved to British Columbia at the age of 26 and payed my dues by playing at the OK Corral, Okanagon Songwriters Showcase, Blue Gator, Judge "R" Bean, Rose's Pub ex.... all well known here in Kelowna, British Columbia and I am currently performing my music at The Blue Gator and The Prestige Hotel (crystal room). I have written many different songs such as Power Deep Inside, Mama And A Baby, Never Give Up Hope & Coffee Shop. My music is currently on the net such as YouTube, Reverbnation, MySpace, Soundcloud, Facebook Fan Page ex..
I have won a songwriting award through E.M.I. Music Publishing but was not able to make it to the ceremony to receive the award back when I lived in New Brunswick in the year of 1998.
